The recreation room

It contains many sofas and armchairs, AND a plasma TV...

Sonny was leant forwards in his chair, deep in thought when Caitlin strode in with a notebook under her arm. It was blue and green, with a simple biro shoved into the binding.
"Sonny Reed"
Sonny looked up from his thoughtful state towards Caitlin.
"Yeah?"
"Since there is no-one else here, maybe I could get your opinion?" She strode towards him and took the seat besides him, placing the notebook on her lap. She opinioned it onto the first page and handed it to Sonny.
"It's a perpective drawing of London. I don't think it looks just right" She added quickly. It wasn't long before Sonny looked up.
"The pavement slabs need to get small as they go further away" He pointed out, passing the notebook back. Caitlin nodded slowly.
"Thanks" She replied, getting up and proceeding to the door.

(I'll point out here, Caitlin and Sonny are really good friends)

Isha padded in wearing her favourite fluffy slippers, which along with her frilly pink dress made her look quite cute. She wore a worried look of her face, completely oblivious to the other two people in the room, as she sat down with a thud as if finding it hard to make the effort.
"So worried..." she muttered, her thumbs playing with invsible worry beads.

Caitlin turned away from her course to the doorway.
"You ok Isha?" She turned around to where Isha had sat down and exchanged a glance with Sonny.

"Oh, um..." Isha looked up, obviously startled, not expecting someone else to be in the room. "I'm just, uh, worrying about someone from the base who's just gone out..." she messed with her closed parasol with unease. "I'm meant to be studying. Carl says that the school posted a maths GCSE paper to us and he says that he wants me to take it. But... I just can't concentrate..."

"GCSE huh?" Caitlin rolled her chestnut-coloured eyes, "I took mine last year. They aren't that bad, well, in my opinion"
"If you pick a topic to start with, that could help" Sonny offered from where he was sat a few metres away.

"I can do the GCSE no problem," corected Isha. "But I'm worrying about the people who have gone out so I can't concentrate..." she looked to the window. "Maybe I should ask Carl to let me go to? They might be in danger or someting..."

"They do have phones you know" Caitlin shrugged, "I'd have liked to have gone to, but you don't always win. I suppose everyone gets worried about people, but something tells me that even if they do hit trouble, the'll get out of it"
Sonny stood up and made his way towards the others.
"I can see Isha's point though"

Isha nodded.
"I guess she wouldn't have been so enthusiastic about going if she was scared." she mused, looking to the window. "Though she might not be able to call me if she's removed the screen from her phone." she muttered to herself with a small smile.

"You could do something to take your mind off this" Caitlin suggested, looking at Sonny for ideas. Sonny folded his arms.
"If she was introuble, she would rather ring you than remove the screen right?"

Isha looked confused.
"Definately not. It would be better to remove the screen if she were in trouble so she could get a gun or a knife or something, right?" she mumbled, before turning back to the window, still worrying. "The one thing she doesn't use phones for is ringing people. As a weapon, as a knife or a gun, but not for calling people."

"Well, you know her better than I do" Sonny shrugged, "I suppose I would be the same"
Caitlin forced herself to suppress a grin.
"Then doesn't she have the advantage?"

"Well, her cell phone screen is tiny, even on Estelle's iphone, she could only make a gun at best." Isha stood up. "Though I feel a bit better now. She's probably ok. Do you think I SHOULD ask Carl whether to go out or not?"

"If you really wish" Caitlin commented, fiddling with her notebook's spine. She opened it and took out the biro, making a note.
"If he lets you go out, then he better have a good reason why haven't been anywhere lately" Sonny muttered.

Isha ran to the door and bumped into Dave, who walked into the room at just the wrong moment.
"Oh, sorry, Isha-" he started, but the girl was in too much of a rush. She just past him and ran like a mini tornado down the stairs. Dave blinked, confused for a few seconds.
"What was that all about?" he asked, tapping his foot.

"She wants to go out" Sonny muttered in responce. Caitlin nodded in agreement.
"She wants to go help them, you know. I think she's gone to ask Carl if she can go out or not"

Isha returned to the room, lookign sullen.
"Carl says that I have to finish my GCSE studying and he didn't want to send enough people out to make it conspic... consp... well, too obvious."

((Isha struggles over big words :'D))

Sonny just nodded. He was thankful at the fact, but he didn't express it. Caitlin didn't say anything for a few seconds.
"Well, I suppose you should get studying then"

Isha curled up in a little pink ball on the sofa.
"I'm not going to be able to concntrate." she muttered. "I'm just going to stay here and wait until there's more news."
Dave looked at her, a sympathetic look on his face. "I'm a bit busy right now, but maybe Sonny or Caitlin could play Wii sports with you or something?"

Sonny raised an eyebrow. Caitlin looked down at her notebook, closing it to the front and slipping her biro down the binding.
"I suppose I have time to play a few games." She shrugged, leaving the notebook on the chair.

Isha sat up with a watery smile. She picket up the wii remotes and turned on Wii sports.
"What sport do you want to play?" she asked her, flicking through t he different options half-heartedly.

"What do you want to play?" Caitlin replied, picking up the second remote and twiddling with it between her fingers.
"I reckon you should have a game of Tennis" Sonny interupted, taking a seat near the TV, clearly taking a seat to watch.

Isha nodded and selected tennis before selecting her mii and Caitlin's.
"Let's play!" she nodded, as the screen's scene changed to that of a hotel tennis court. Ish raised the remote to serve the ball before giving it a hearty hit.

Caitlin positioned herself into a stance and held the wii remote firmly. She watched the screen as the ball was hit and managed to hit it with her mii at the back after missing with the first. Sonny sat and watched in utter silence.

Estelle entered the room silently and sat herself on an armchair avoiding eyecontact with the others. (sorry not much to put)
